Delete Your Account

If a Casira Labs product allows players to create an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@casiralabs.com from the email address connected to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Casira Labs.
3. Include your player ID or username if available.

What Will Be Deleted

We will delete or anonymize account information, saved progress connected to the account, and personal information that is no longer needed to provide the service.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform obligations. Purchase records may also remain with Apple App Store or Google Play.

Processing Time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request, unless a longer period is required by law or platform rules.

No Account Mode

If a final Casira Labs product does not offer account creation, update this page to explain that there is no in-game account to delete and that players can still contact support for privacy questions.
